I got a link to here on MustangWorld, so I thought I'd come and check it out. I'm really a Chevy guy, but I was always interested in the 87-93 foxes. So in Sept. 2002 I bought my first Mustang. In the past 2.5 years, I've had 13 Mustangs. I currently own 3 Mustangs, a Monte SS and a Jeep Wrangler.
My current daily driver is listed in my sig. I just got the motor built in early December. I took it to Murillo Motorsports to get it tuned in late January. It blew a header gasket on the 2nd pull so they lost the a/f readings and couldn't finish tuning it. So on the stock A9P, with the a/f off the chart (below 10:1) 200rpm into the pull, on 93 octane pump gas without the meth kit... it made a little over 600rwhp. That was also when the pull was cut short because they lost the a/f readings and it only made 13psi. It was supposed to make 15psi and see another 1k rpm. With the a/f tuned it should be closer to 650rwhp and be easily over 700rwhp with the meth kit. But shoulda, coulda, woulda, it didn't. So for now, I'm stuck with a 600rwhp daily driver. :pissed:
Here's a couple of pics. Does it look like a sleeper? I know you can see the guages outside the windshield, but does it at least look slower than the dyno chart would reflect?
