Hey everyone,
My name is Lee and I am soon to be a stang owner. I ordered today a 06 red mustang coupe, with red and gray interior, the shaker 500 system. (premium package thing) anyway. Im really excited and I cant wait to get my hands on it to customize it. Mustangs are super hot so I wont have to do too much, lol. Anyone have any ideas or advice? I thought id see what the mustang mafia is all about, it was on the back of the brochure i got.

*thanks*
Lee

Dump the shaker 500 and get a V-8. You'll have more fun. More parts to modify it and more power.

To answer a few questions:

Got the V6 coupe, cheaper on insurance as I will only be 18 and it is friggin outrageous. I am currently saving for a different exaust, any suggestions?

To tell how I got the name, a few of my friends call me sexy beast and my first car, a 98 red sebring, got the name too. Im not sure where it came from but it stuck. I am goin to try to get the plates to be SXY BST 2 on my new stang and I hope it works out.

Is this club mainly in KY? I think that is what it was listed under. I live in western Ky. Didnt know.

Thanks!

we have members all over the US, for your exhaust, your going to have to order a GT bumper to put dual exhaust on it, id go with flowmasters for the mufflers....and good call on avoiding outrageous insurance costs, i look at it like this, a car is no fun if you have to spend every dime you have to pay for it.....

You can do what he said or you can get a Rear Valence from Street Scene. They have one that is for the V6's that has one outlet for your tips, but on the other side the valence has a place that is already marked that you can have cut out for the dual exhaust. Its a little cheaper than buying a GT bumper you can find them on www.steeda.com for like $169, that is actually the cheapest I have seen it.

I would go with the Flowmaster exhaust as well, I have heard them on the V6 and sound great. good luck to ya.
