1. First 3 nominations are in the poll- 1st come in right are 1st served.--Nominations MUST include:
A. Their screen name
B. Year and model of their car
C. Picture NEEDS to be provided.

2.Nominated vehicles are ineligible the following month

3.No self nominating

4. ROTY winners cannot be nominated for a whole year.
