Very nice cars your friends cobra would be a lot of cooler if he wasnt an Oakland Raiders fan j/k they are all real nice cars.

The vert is pretty basic. The roll bar makes everybody think it's mean, but the bar is for autocross and SCCA. They won't let you run a convertible without a roll bar (even a slow ass non pi 4.6). It's got some mods, but they're all basic. CAI, U/D pulleys, o/r h-pipe, flowmaster cat back, Steeda sport springs, subframe connectors, s/t shifter, and I had Cobra brakes, but I went back to stock cause I had problems with the rears. In the quarter the best I've run is low 15's (pretty sad I know), but when the fastback is finished the vert is getting a prepped shortblock and an S-trim, (and probably some ported heads from someone like Livernois). I've got some cosmetic stuff planned for it too, but I'm not real big on body kits and ground effects. I want to put a 94-98 Cobra front fascia, and a 96-98 Cobra hood. I'm not putting Cobra emblems on though. Need 32 valves for that.
yup, I hear that man
and yeah it looks pretty sic man, I love that vert
Thanks bro. Normally I get comments on the fastback. But I burn up so much gas in the vert just driving for the sake of driving. I love that car.
hahahahaha, sounds like me man
yeah I like the fastback, but I got a thing for the 94-98 style cars, and especially the ones with Vertical tails, dunno why though
I'm actually torn between the 94-95, and 96-98 tails. I'm curious how easy it would be to convert mine. My dad had a triple black 95 vert, and I wish he would have sold it to me. He had the same suspension set up that I have, but a modded out 5.0 and Cobra Rs. He sold it to some guy who bought it for his daughter. No one's 16 y/o cheerleader daughter needs a 300hp convertible. She wadded it up within 2 weeks. Rolled it 3 times, fucked herself up too. If I can find some pics, I'll post them. There's some pics on westsidemustangs.com at a Hooters car show with the girls all climbing around in it. And some more at a club dyno day. Found some of the pics.

damn, I hear that, way to much car for her, sorry to hear that man
but nah, the vertical tails are the best, especially since I just saw a picture of them, been 3 years since I seen my 5.0
