I got rear ended this past Friday by a Land Rover. Repair estimate is a little over 4K bucks! They best not try to total out my car!

your probably right NADA is $9955 so it will probably be close...

yeah you got a 50/50 chance. depends on how your insurance company handles it, let them know you want to keep it.
For that price they will probably fix it. It's the cheaper option for them.

They should keep that. Unless it damaged the frame you wont hit the % that NC uses to total cars or most other states. You should be fine. I had $11K done to a $18K car and it was not totaled
that sucks.
i'm sure the insurance company will go with the decision that cost them the least amount of money.
it will most likely not get totaled out.

that sucks bro... sorry to hear bout ur ride... most insurance companys around my area if the repair is close or above 50% of the cars value they normally total it in less the driver really wants to keep it...

he probably will get to fix it, but im not sure, depends on what the car is, it didnt take very much to total my 2002....
